Sub U Systems ONE

The Sub U Systems ONE Internet of Things (IoT) device comes in three different variants, the ONE, ONE2, and ONE3. All three devices provide Ethernet, USB and Serial interface support with our complete enterprise class Sub U Systems Router Operating System.

However, the ONE2, and ONE3 offer 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and 3G/4G LTE cellular and 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi respectively. ONE units may also support GPS capabilities depending upon customer requirements. All Ethernet ports are fully routable, and Ethernet port density can easily be expanded using low cost commercial USB to Ethernet dongles.

The ONE’s Wi-Fi capabilities are unlike any other enterprise class router, where the ONE can be used as a Wi-Fi client, Access point, or both simultaneously from a single robust internal Wi-Fi radio. Other Wi-Fi radio options are available upon request, such as 802.11a, high power 802.11 radios, or even 4.4Ghz band radios.

The ONE’s serial ports can be used for legacy WAN technologies that support Hayes AT commands, or they can be used for sensor applications where serial data needs to be secured and transported over the ONE’s many WAN technologies.

Unlike other small form factor IoT appliances that run on low cost processors, the ONE doesn’t water down its security capability. The ONE is built upon an Intel E3845 Bay Trail 4 core processor, and subsequently performs head and shoulders above other mainstream IoT devices that utilize lower cost processors.

The ONEs processing power and level of industrial ruggedness will ensure your data is secured, arrives at your desired location on the Internet, and that you won’t need to replace your IoT devices as you would when you outgrow lower performing solutions processing power. The ONE has several mounting options, including DIN rail mounting, to meet your application needs.
